- 1. Introduction These Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of products on the website operating under the brand name Konicha ("Website"), owned and managed by Yatrik-Enterprise ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST and applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel orders placed under incorrect prices.
Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
No Cash on Delivery (COD): We only accept pre-paid orders via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and authorized mobile wallets.
All payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways.
An order is considered a legal contract of sale only when the product is dispatched and a confirmation is sent to you.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to inventory unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.
Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or external factors beyond our control.
Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery.
No Cancellations: Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations or modifications.
Returns & Refunds: We follow a strict no-return policy. Returns or replacements are only considered in exceptional cases (e.g., receipt of a physically damaged product or a completely wrong item).
To report an exceptional case, you must email konichamatcha@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing videos/photos as proof.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
The brand name Konicha, including all logos, images, and content, is the exclusive property of Yatrik-Enterprise. Unauthorized use is prohibited under Indian Intellectual Property laws.
Yatrik-Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased from Konicha.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question.
